How to pay

You pay nothing when you make your availability enquiry.

When we confirm availability, you are asked to make a 30% deposit within 8 days to secure your booking. Please pay this by direct transfer to our UK bank.

The balance of your rental fee and the refundable breakage deposit of 25% of the total rental is due 6 weeks before your villa rental commences.
